Délima, Alexis and Father Labelle attack Bidou to settle their scores with him. A gunfight breaks out right in the heart of the village... Séraphin uses Bidou to take back control of the North. Alexis is in anguish about the revelation made to him by Séraphin concerning his son.

Alexis's unacceptable behaviour endangers both his position as mayor and his life. Dr. Cyprien carries out emergency brain surgery on him but his chances of survival are very slim. Délima takes a heartbreaking decision: to sell her hotel to save Rosa Rose from Bidou's clutches.
