30 year-old Nassim, son of a Moroccan immigrant has succeeded in life. He lives in Abu Dhabi with Elisabeth, his American fiancée. After several years of absence he returns to Bollène for his sister's engagement. He has difficulty in recognising himself in this modest family of practicing Muslims.
