Faced with major natural risks

Mayotte was devastated by Chido on the night of 13 to 14 December 2024. The cyclone officially claimed 39 lives, injured several hundred and left a trail of destruction. How can we prevent and better manage these phenomena? How can we rebuild to better resist?
