Supermarkets: where does our money go?

"Prices are constantly rising!" is what Belgians say when they come out of a supermarket. With an average increase of 25% in two years, Belgium is no exception to the Europe-wide problem of inflation which is sorely testing our wallets. But are all these increases justified?
