When the ice road disappears
In Canada, global warming is dramatically affecting Basse-Côte-Nord, where the locals now have to manage without their ice road. Cut off from the rest of the continent throughout the winter period, they have effectively become prisoners within their territory. A report by Maxime Corneau for "Carbone", Radio-Canada's magazine programme.
Guests: Maxime Corneau, journalist with Radio-Canada; Julia Tasse, researcher at IRIS, head of the Climate and Energy Programme.
Presented by: Dominique Laresche.
