Coke in dock
Le Havre, France's leading container port, is the main entry point for cocaine into France. Fourteen tonnes were seized in 2024. To get the drugs out, criminal organisations rely on accomplices, often dockworkers. Unpublished testimony from the family of one of them, Allan Affagard, who was murdered in 2020.
