Christina Blais and Ricardo explain how to make marshmallows at home. To turn them into something truly spectacular, they then dip them in chocolate, followed by puffed and caramelised quinoa! Christina tells us all about puffed grains and demonstrates how some are simple to puff in a frying pan.
