Anton Kolig
Born in 1886 in Austria, Anton Kolig was close to the artists Oskar Kokoschka, Egon Schiele and Gustav Klimt. He exhibited with the Vienna Secession group from 1910. Tortured by his bisexuality, considered scandalous at the time, Kolig celebrated the beauty and sensuality of the male body.
