The Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek, Copenhagen, modern painting

Located near the city's historical centre, the museum was created in 1897, by Carl Jacobsen, heir to the Carlsberg brewery. Known as Copenhagen's Medici, he expressed a particular interest in French painters, from Monet to Toulouse-Lautrec.
