"Disqualiflation" under the microscope
When manufacturers change their recipe to avoid having to increase the price of a product: it's what is known as "disqualiflation". Also on the programme: testing cooking mats; salt in artisan bread; "popotes roulantes", a service delivering healthy meals that adapt to their customers' needs.
