In the Centre-Val de Loire region, the Richelais offers particularly lush pastures. Émilie Callu-Selambrin welcomes us to the Bergers de la Veude to sample farmhouse cheese and yoghurt. Frédéric Jautrou is in the midst of the asparagus harvest; Delphine and Marylou are concerned about the quality of the water.
