In the Papal Enclave and the Pays de Grignan, Christian Mérin inspects the ground around his truffle oaks for signs of the precious fungus. Justine Vigne presents his work producing biodynamic wine. We then follow the volunteer rubbish-collectors, before discovering the mysteries hidden deep within the rock.

The Chartreuse and the Grésivaudan

We head to the mountains of the Chartreuse and the Grésivaudan, where Renaud Stalinsky and Maxime Germain present their spirulina. Anaïs Goffre opens the door to a traditional farm, combining marketing-gardening and livestock-raising. Finally, we join those collecting the accumulations of rubbish dumped at the foot of the mountains.
