The Médoc Atlantique

In the heart of the Médoc Atlantique group of local councils, Élise and Adrien head the Uijttewaal wine estates that produce, amongst others, the Château Saint-Hilaire grand cru. Bertrand Lung grows oysters at his farm Eau Médoc. We also discover the Étang de Cousseau nature reserve and the Hourtin-Carcans wetlands.
