We explore one of Panama's less well-known treasures: its natural environment and notably its exceptional flora and fauna. We then meet a francophone Panamanian chef to discover Caribbean cuisine, before ending with an immersive visit to a Panamanian village accompanied by a locally-born guide who adores the French language.
