CONCERT PRELUDE A LA FETE NATIONALE 2024

It's at the Bozar, Brussels, in the presence of Belgium's king and queen, that this year's concert prelude to the country's national day will be held. The soprano Sumi Hwang, first-prize winner at the 2014 Queen Elisabeth competition, is accompanied by the Belgian National Orchestra, conducted by Antony Hermus.

On the programme: an excerpt from "Lohengrin" by Richard Wagner; three "Lieders" by Richard Strauss; excerpts from "Gianni Schicchi", "La Bohème" and "Le Villi" by Giacomo Puccini; "La Valse" by Maurice Ravel.
