Theatre director Michel Fau continues the tradition of comic satire pioneered by Offenbach. At the Opéra Comique, he puts on a fanciful reimaging of a gala concert, which, without an audience, veers into the absurd and the burlesque. A parody both hilarious and moving, featuring a number of multi-talented soloists.
