VILLAGES FLEURIS:UN TROPHEE QUI VAUT DE L'OR

In France, 235 districts proudly display their symbol comprising four red flowers, the highest distinction of the "Villes et villages fleuris" label. Far from a red herring, it attracts residents and tourists, helping to boost the local economy. Spotlight on Lyons-la-forêt, in Normandy, Missiriac, in Brittany and Saint-Gemme-sur-Loire, near Angers.
