As a sourcing expert specialising in perfume-making ingredients, Stéphane Piquart takes us on a sensory journey across Burma. Aung San Suu Kyi's foundation has asked him to create a perfume characterising the Lady of Rangoon, with one proviso: he must use only Burmese natural ingredients.
