Jean-Christophe Klotz was one of the very few journalists to visit Rwanda during the genocide in 1994. He returns to take a reverse angle shot of the harrowing pictures he filmed then, and understand how the tragedy came about, amidst general indifference and with the complicity of certain capitals.
