Tamir Nahmias's love affair with France began in Lyon, aged 23, when he came to study at the Paul Bocuse Institute. In Haifa, as a child, he learned alongside his Hungarian mother and Egyptian father. Today chef at his Parisian restaurant "Adar", Tamir offers a Mediterranean fusion cuisine.
