Bread: an endless cycle of skill and passion
Natural slow-risen sourdough bread, its thick crust cracking with every bite. Rich in flavour, made with local flour, it keeps well and is filled with childhood memories. Bread made by two artisan bakers sharing a bakery in the heart of Geneva: Jérôme Saugy and Sarah Bertin.
