NORILSK : L'ETREINTE DE GLACE

Isolated by a continent of ice, Norilsk is an enclosed town, off-limits to outsiders. The largest town in the far north, controlled by Norilsk Nickel, the leading producer of copper and nickel, it is also one of the most polluted. 180,000 people live there in extreme conditions.
