LES VIOLONS DE L'ESPOIR

In his Tel-Aviv workshop, Amnon Weinstein breathes new life into violins abandoned by or forcibly snatched from Holocaust victims. His collection now counts 105 violins and a few cellos. Today, some of the greatest virtuoso players perform on stage around the world using these modest instruments saved from hell.
