JOHN COCKERILL TOUTE UNE HISTOIRE-EP01

29 January 1817. A young Englishman bought the Château de Seraing, former residence of the prince-bishops of Liège, to build steam engines. Thus began a fabulous industrial adventure that successfully survived all the crises and wars that followed. Even today John Cockerill's visionary spirit is alive and well at Seraing.
