Rwanda, July 1994. The best trained rebel force in Africa ends the last genocide of the 20th century, that of the Tutsi in Rwanda. At their head, the current president of Rwanda: Paul Kagame. Their name: the Inkotanyi, trained during a rebellion headed by Yoweri Museveni, today president of Uganda.
