Living on an island means having fewer resources and learning to manage them better. In the Loyalty Islands, those working in the traditional local economy are fighting for their self-sufficiency. Chef Alphonse Koce, fervent fan of locavore cuisine, sets out to meet them with Maré, Ouvéa, Lifou and Tiga.
