GARDE NATIONALE DEUX FOIS CITOYEN-15/01/2019-EP001-

After the "Charlie Hebdo" and Bataclan terrorist attacks in 2015, followed by that in Nice in 2016, the French president François Hollande created the National Guard. Intended to reinforce the French military, police force and Gendarmerie; the National Guard also enables French citizens to participate actively in defending their country.
