DANS MES PAS, THIERRY MARX A AKITA

The Michelin-starred chef Thierry Marx, is off to Japan and taking with him three youngsters who have been through the Cuisine Mode d'Emploi(s) training programme he created for job-seekers. Together they head towards Akita, in the north-west of the archipelago, to share his Japan, steeped in tradition and know-how.
