COLOMBE SAUVAGE
Colombe Saint-Pierre, chef and owner of the restaurant Chez St-Pierre, located in Le Bic, Bas-Saint-Laurent, was crowned by the first Lauriers de la Gastronomie in 2018. Her aim: to change Quebeckers' habits, and invite them to rediscover local resources by showcasing the wild edible nature of each.
