It's only the beginning

It's time to put the kitchen garden to bed for the winter at the Sacrés-Coeurs Academy. Édith and the children learn to harvest honey from the beehive. The Claveau-Audet family are harvesting the vegetables they will be storing through the winter and reinstate the cold frame.
