BOULOGNE-BILLANCOURT, LE TEMPS DES STUDIOS

From 1922 through to the 1990s, when television overtook cinema, the studios in Boulogne-Billancourt welcomed the greatest French actors, directors, and technicians. Gabin, Belmondo, Delon, Signoret, De Funès, Carné, Becker, and Oury, to name but a few, worked in these studios, which have become an emblematic site of French cinema.
