Hydrobiologist and underwater photographer, Anne-Cécile Monnier sets off to explore the most fabulous freshwater spots on Réunion Island, in the Indian Ocean. In the company of local enthusiasts and specialists, she visits the towering waterfalls and torrential rivers of this intense island shaped by water, home to some surprising species.
