100 ANS A TABLE

In the form of an anthology meal, nine top chefs look back over the evolution of gastronomy in Quebec and that of its culinary independence. Each in turn, the chefs prepare a signature dish evoking the most significant places, people and moments in Quebec cuisine over the last hundred years.
