In a provincial town, Michel Dolannes is fed up with seeing his articles constantly censured and decides to launch his own newspaper. Published weekly, the aim of "Cosmopolite" is to reveal the scandals mainstream media takes such great care to conceal. But attacking the powers-that-be brings its own consequences...
