Thirty-two-year-old Emma is a family GP in Les Courtillières, a housing estate in Pantin, near Paris. One day, the health of one of her patients, Abdou Dialo, takes a dramatic turn for the worse. Emma is determined he should be admitted to hospital, he insists on remaining at home.
