2014. "Caesar", a former forensic photographer working for the Damascus police, reveals thousands of photographs of victims of the Syrian regime, tortured to death. The pictures led to arrest warrants being issued for some of the leading figures of the Bashar al-Assad administration, for crimes against humanity.
