Le chien perdu de François Mitterrand

October 1993. 65 year-old Zakia, originally from Algeria, takes in a lost dog she found wandering the Paris streets. And yet the dog does indeed have an owner. It turns out that François Mitterrand's Labrador has just escaped from the Élysée Palace.
