La grande noirceur

During a time of world war, Philippe, a Canadian deserter from Quebec, finds refuge in the American West. He survives by participating in Charlie Chaplin impersonation contests. His long journey becomes a voyage of initiation, as he discovers the dark side of the American dream both fascinating and violent.
