Saïd and Hadjira, of Algerian origin, live in Rennes. While Saïd has a secret relationship with Vincent, Hadjira has just come out of a complicated affair tinged with legal problems. Their families offer them an arranged marriage. To buy their peace and freedom, they agree to unite under the illusion of respecting tradition.
