Stéphane runs a tobacconist with his father Maurice. Unhappily married, he has for some time been having an affair with Leïla, with whom he is in madly in love. One day, Sofiane, Leïla's son, robs Maurice's shop. Violently attacked, the latter fights back, pulls a gun and kills the teenager...
