With Martine, his mother, and restaurant-owner Agnès, France learns to cook a traditional mouclade. She then follows the preparation of a mussel "éclade", cooking mussels with pine needles. A cuttlefish "chaudrée" on the island of Oléron Oléron island, Charente-Maritime. France sets off to meet some of the locals with a true passion for their terroir. With Nathalie, she cooks a traditional cuttlefish "chaudrée", similar to a chowder, then fishes for spider crabs with Jean-Baptiste.
